UpLink: Copy and Paste Links with Ease

UpLink is a free Chrome add-on developed by Nine, designed to simplify the process of copying and pasting links. With UpLink, you only need to copy a link once and it will be saved for future use.

Gone are the days of repeatedly copying your calendar link or searching for Zoom links to include in calendar invites. With UpLink, you can save links and access them whenever you need to paste them. This eliminates the need for constant interruptions and context shifts to find the necessary links.

The inspiration behind UpLink came from the frustration of having to open Zoom to retrieve a call link for a calendar invite. Previously, users had to navigate through their calendar software and copy the link manually. Now, all calendar links, whether personal, for sales, or for support, are clearly labeled and readily available in UpLink.

Using UpLink is simple. Right-click on any link and select "copy to UpLink" to add it to your link storage. To view the saved links, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Y on Windows or Command+Shift+Y on Mac. Creating hyperlinks for emails is also effortless with UpLink. Double-click on a word, use the keyboard shortcut, and select the desired link to insert. To copy a link, simply click on it in UpLink. Deleting or renaming links is as easy as double-clicking on them and selecting the appropriate button. Additionally, you can store the current URL in your link storage by using the commands Ctrl+Shift+5 on Windows or Command+Shift+U on Mac.
